Weekly Yoga Classes

Come and join in our weekly yoga classes in Kennington Ashford.
Suitable for all ages, levels and abilities this gentle Hatha yoga class will introduce you to the basic principles of yoga and leave you stretched out and relaxed.
Please bring a mat if you have, otherwise let me know if you need to borrow one. Booking is essential. Term places and pay per class if you prefer.
Sunday mornings at Kennington WI Hall 9am
Thursday evenings at Kenniongton Scout Hut 6pm
