I am moving out of my room and looking for someone to replace me from September as I am moving out on short notice. So basically the room is available immediately!
The house is in a great location in the west end. 2 minutes from Glasgow university and Botanic Gardens. 5 minutes from hillhead subway.
The house is a bedsit and the room is a big double bedroom with desk, table, cupboards etc.
Large communal Kitchen newy refurbished.
Rent is 350£ per month inlcuding electricity, gas etc. internet is extra
Currently the house is occupied by clean, respectful professionals and a student. Everyone is very nice!
Looking for a similarily minded tenant to take the room; quite and clean. Will suit both professionals and students.
Away from the flat at the moment but will upload pictures as soon as possible.
Possible tenants must supply one months deposit, 2 references, a guarantor and have identification. Minimum 6 months lease but would prefer longer.
