Looking for a flatmate from August onwards!

Hello,

We are currently looking for a flatmate for the year starting in August/ September. It is a bright 3 bedroom top floor flat in the West end of Glasgow. Rent is £525 a month plus bills.

We are in a prime location just off Byres road, close to the university campus with easy access to the city centre by underground. The flat has 3 large double bedrooms, a kitchen, living room/ dining room and bathroom. We also have access to a beautiful private garden (as seen in the pictures).

The spare room is very bright with large windows and will be fully furnished with a double bed, plenty of storage and a desk.

We are both medical students who have just graduated from St Andrews and continuing our course in Glasgow. We enjoy sport, music and socialising and like to keep the flat tidy.

I get the keys on August the 12th so viewings are available after this date. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you are interested.
