Looking for a 4-bedroomed flat/house to rent

Hi there, we are four girls (three students, one in employment) looking for a 4-bedroomed flat/house to rent from 20 August onwards, for a long-term lease. We are interested in finding somewhere in Edinburgh city centre, within walking distance of the Royal Mile, Princes Street and Grassmarket, and would prefer the property to be fully-furnished. In terms of monthly rent we would be looking at nothing in excess of £450, preferably including gas/electric and other bills.
