Ford ka 1.3, low mileage, good mot, spares or repairs

Ford ka 1.3 for sale as spares or repairs reason for it is it has power steering and it makes a bit of a noise when turning the steering wheel that is the only problem, it can be left running for an hour and it won't overheat or lose any oil/water it's just when you turn the steering wheel it makes a noise, the power steering still works and everything is fine. It has low mileage for the year a good amount of mot left on the car (15/10/2016). It's nice and clean inside and it's pretty clean on the bodywork. I have the manual and ford wallet they come in with a few invoices also. Remember this is a spares or repairs car don't come and have a look expecting it to be fault free because I have listed what is happening with the car, it is probably an easy fix I just dont know what im doing with it.
