Care Assistant (nights) - full time or part time - excellent care home for older people

At Balcombe Place near Crawley in West Sussex, we are looking for one or more Care Assistants to work night duty. We have vacancies for twelve hour shifts (8pm to 8am). These hours could be covered by one, two or three people.
Ideally you will have worked as a Carer with older people in a nursing home and hold NVQ2 in Care, but full training can be given to candidates over 18 who are keen to learn and put their caring potential into practice. It’s a great feeling to know that you have made a difference to someone’s day. As a Care Assistant at Balcombe Place you will be an integral part of the team caring for our residents.
Key Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, understand the needs of the residents, an affinity towards older people and work in partnership with other members of the team.
