TriBeCa Group is recruiting chefs at all levels for our growing business, our second venue in Edinburgh is due to open very soon in the popular Broughton Street area, with further sites planned.
Experience is essential, though we do invest in our staff and would like you to grow your career with us. Our Kitchens specialise in freshly prepared produce with high quality locally sourced ingredients.
About you
You will want to be apart of a team of people who are passionate about what they do and who wants to enjoy the rewards of working with a young, ambitious and growing restaurant concept.
- High standard of personal as well as kitchen hygiene required, Food Safety qualifications essential.
- You are calm under pressure whilst producing high quality dishes.
- You have great kitchen confidence gained though previous experience in a similar role.
- You thrive in a busy kitchen environment.
- You are able to work on your own initiative and within a team.
- You understand the importance and value of using fresh, quality products.
