Admin Administrator/PA needed for expanding company

Spruce Garden Services is a young, dynamic company based in Edinburgh providing garden maintenance and landscaping services throughout the central belt.
We are currently looking to fill the following position:
Office Administrator / Personal Assistant
We are looking for a professional, confident, friendly, hard working person to provide general administration assistance for all aspects of the day to day running of the office.
Job Description
• General office administration including filing, processing invoices, updating and maintaining databases, producing Management Information reports, updating social media sites
• Liaising with customers and communicating (verbally and in writing) with customers, suppliers, staff members and the management team, issuing invoices
• Human resources administration including payroll, leave requests, employee records etc

• Reliable and hard working
• Attention to detail
• Good organisational skills, able to prioritise and work on own initiative
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Adaptable and flexible
Desirable Skills
• Experience of working in an office based customer service role
• Problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks and Social Media (including marketing)
Salary dependent on experience and abilities.
Full time/part time, hours to be negotiated (flexible)
