Personal Assistant needed to support 26 year old man to live independently and attend university
Description
Personal Assistant/Carer required to work 20-25 hours per week including some weekends and 1-2 nights. NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or Care Certificate desirable but not essential as training will be given. You will be assisting a 26 year old man with cerebral palsy who uses a powered chair and lives independently in his own flat.
He loves to live life on his own terms and has decided to head back to university in September. David is very family orientated and spends a lot of time with his nephews and niece, he has a great passion for music and especially enjoys house music, alongside this he has a keen interest in reading, culture and the media.
