1997 BMW Z3 1.9 Automatic 1.9 Atlanta Blue
£1.999
Description
1997 BMW Z3 1.9 Automatic in Atlanta Blue.
Petrol.
Rare automatic.
It has 9 months MOT until it's expiry in May with no advisories on it's last MOT.
Just passed 71,000 miles, with a part service history. It has been regularly stamped according to the manufacturers service intervals.
Beige and leather Interior.
The bodywork is in absolutely fabulous condition considering it's age (1997, I was 6 when this car was manufactured, I am now 25). There are one or two rust bubbles and a small scuff on the front bumper, but apart from that I would say it's showroom ready.
I believe I am the third owner. The previous owner had it since 1997.
Engine is good and the gearbox changes gear effortlessly, I recently had the camshaft sensor replaced under warranty.
4 good tyres with plenty of tread all around with relatively new (thick) brake pads and discs.
Mohair roof is in very good condition, no leaks at all, and comes with a new rear window fitted last month.
The car also comes with the original beige leather tonneau cover and a wind deflector.
It also has an original BMW Z3 CD/radio stereo that I fitted as I removed the BMW Cassette/radio that came with the car when I bought it. It plays CDs very well and the radio is automatic too.
No cracks on any windows or mirrors, and all electric windows/mirrors work as they should. The seats adjust electronically.
I don't think the car has air conditioning, however the hot air blows hot and the cold air blows cool, but on a hot day you would have your hood down anyway ;-).
The Z3 has a central locking system with a separate key fob to unlock/lock the doors. It has three sets of keys (although one is just a 'valet key' and cannot start the engine) and two fobs.
All tools are present and spare wheel is ready and available in good condition in/under the boot.
Due to it's rarity and good condition I feel £1999 is a fair price and I am in no rush to sell. I have a true passion for the Z roadsters and I have cared for the car very well.
