Parched are looking to recruit an assistant manager for one of their flagship pubs in Peckham Rye. Parched is an independent company with a passion for hospitality. The growing family of venues, all spread throughout South London and focussed on providing excellent customer service, quality food and drink and friendly staff.
The Montpelier Pub are recruiting for a full time assistant manger. the person will work closely with current managers and will run shifts and help in the other sides of the business.
The Montpelier has become a local institution over the last few years. It is an independently owned establishment that strives to always offer genuine friendly service. They offer premium food & drink, it has it's own cinema and decent DJ's on the weekend.
What they are looking for-
-Friendly, smiley, confident disposition.
-Experience of supervisor or above in drink and food led business, preferably pubs.
-Experience in running shifts, cashing up, training staff.
-Live local to the area.
