General Manager Opportunity
Description
We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to take charge of this fast paced restaurant and bar and continue to deliver the success and growth the unit has enjoyed since opening in September 2015. The successful candidate will be taking over the unit from the group Openings Manager and helping to further develop the brand.
Leith Chop House is a classic British steakhouse with a real focus on provenance. Our meat is sourced from the best local farms before being butchered & dry-aged on site. The role would suit someone with a passion for food and drinks with a background in restaurant management.
This is a hands on role and we require a candidate who can deliver high standards of service at all times and effectively lead this busy unit. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of developing and motivating a team as well as the ability to manage, meet and exceed agreed KPIs.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous management experience in a quality bar/restaurant offer and be keen to develop a successful career. We’re looking for service driven managers who can motivate their team and deliver excellent experiences for our guests
