I am selling an almost full roll of ICOPAL Monarflex Monarperm 700 Breather Membrane.

Unfortunately, I had to buy a full 50 meter roll to finish off the last few meters of roof.

It has been stored indoors and is only a few months old. Purchased from Jewsons.

Monaperm 700 Breather Membrane is a blue and grey coloured breathable roofing underlay made from polypropylene spun bonded material with a dark grey microporous film for added UV and ageing stability. Monarperm 700 is made with an extra heavy underside spun bond to make it useable on boarded roofs
