I have for sale the following gym equipment:
Body Solid Multi gym, useable as a bench press, squat rack, shoulder press, deadlifts. It also has the attachments for leg raises, arm curls and decline sit ups. The seat is adjustable to a 45 degree decline to 90 degree incline.
It comes with the 20KG olympic bar.
The cable cross over machine has the attachments shown above.
The weights go up to around 190kg, I haven't added it all up but it is around that figure. I am also throwing in the dumbbells, EZ curl bar and straight bar for the smaller weights.
All in all this equipment was over £1500 brand new. It is used, a little dirty but will clean up nice.
Only selling as I no longer have the space in my garage.
