LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR REQUIRED IN A BUSY ESTATE AGENCY IN DOCKLANDS / CANARY WHARF E14
Description
A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, presentable and well-spoken Lettings Negotiator to work for a well established estate agency based in Docklands.
The ideal candidate will need to have good knowledge of the Docklands area and have some knowledge of the lettings industry. Training will be provided.
You will be required to arrange viewings on properties, conduct viewings and canvass over the phone and face to face.
We are looking for someone with energy, drive and dedication. A generous commission structure is in place to ensure you are rewarded accordingly for the effort you put in. Requirements:
? Must be target driven
? Must be able to conduct own admin duties
? Must have a clean full UK driving license
? Must be able to conduct valuations
? Must be able to win instructions
? Must be able to market a property and generate interest for it
? Must be able to analyse property marketing and statistics
? Must be able to generate business and not wait for it
? Must have some knowledge of the lettings process
? Must be able to progress deals
? Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
? Must have excellent time management skills and impeccable punctuality
? Must be serious about this industry and looking for a long-term position
? ARLA/NAEA qualification will be useful
