JOB RUNNING ARCHITECT FOR HIGH END RESIDENTIAL DESIGN.

Qualitas is a specialist high-end residential Architectural and Construction practice based in SW London. We pride ourselves in providing a full service, from design inception to completion on site, providing bespoke design solutions to our clients. Our design and build work ranges from basement, ground floor extensions, full house refurbishments through to new build houses.
Our team of Architects & Project Managers work closely together to ensure a seamless link between what is designed and what gets built on site. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player and job runner who is willing to take responsibility from design work through to site visits, dealing with clients and tackling suppliers and Engineers. It is an all-encompassing role where you will see first-hand what you have design being built.
You should have experience in putting together work packages (schedules of works, lighting & power, sanitary ware schedules etc.). You will be proficient AutoCAD and have a good understanding of the current Building Regulations. An ability for quick hand sketching would be ideal.
