Work for “probably” the best event caterer in the country within the spectacular campus of The Royal College of Surgeons and within the Private events team.

We are now seeking Hospitality service staff to work within our Events team, based in Edinburgh’s Royal College of Surgeons.

Heritage Portfolio Limited, a Scottish-based specialist caterer working for discerning clients in buildings of distinction has the aim of helping our clients to create an experience beyond food. Established in 2002 our client list includes many of Edinburgh and Scotland’s finest venues and we provide great parties and special events, as well as running fantastic cafes within leading visitor attractions.

Our Hospitality service staff support supervisors and managers in many aspects with this role. There is a strong emphasis on 5* food and beverage service. We look to all of the team to go beyond expectations for both clients and managers. The candidates looking to work within our award-winning, busy business would be personable, responsive, well informed and above all have a highly professional personality.

The successful applicant must have:
•An excellent eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable
•A high standard of personal presentation
•Positive outlook
•Committed to delivering the highest standards to clients and customers
•Waiting and/or bar experience an advantage but not essential

The position is hourly paid and within living wage for UK.
