I have 2 dogs, one large, one tiny. Both are house trained and friendly. They don't get upstairs at all. The house is clean and tidy and would want a housemate who cleans up after themselves. There is no smoking in the house, even my mum has to go outside.

Rent is £350 per coming month including all bills. (Council tax, gas and electric and wifi). Lodger to buy own groceries and supply own towels and bedding.
