I am looking for a flatmate (female) to share the spacious and sunny flat you could see in the pictures, from 1st of November.
I am a 25 year old professional working with people with learning disabilities. I am easy going, like to keep the flat clean, enjoy spending time with others, but respect other people's space and free time.
About the flat:
There are two double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom, fully furnished.
Connection with the city centre and other areas of Edinburgh is easy: 1 min to the bus stop (19, 34) and 4 min to get the 25, 21 or 49.
Shops: Scotmid in a 3 min walking distance, Meadowbank 15 min walk or 5 min on the bus
Mature students are welcome, but would have to contribute £25 to the council tax (it's not a lot, considering the low price of flat share)
Council Tax band B
Deposit is required, as the flat is rented from the agency (Arden)
Deposit is one months rent (£325), unless you haven't lived in the UK for 3 years, then you require a guarantor or you pay two months rent (then you do not need a guarantor)
The bills: £25 in the summer £40 in winter + 15 internet
So all together with tax and all the bills included, it's £415 in the summer and £430 in the winter.
