I live in a house in Easton and I'm looking for a lodger to rent the second double bedroom.
The house is
- 100 metres away from the Bristol-Bath Cycle path.
- 40 minute walk into the centre of Bristol.
- 5 minute walk from the Greenbank pub ( Good pizzas/ beers/ cocktails)
- 5 minute walk from No12 Cafe (Amazing coffee and breakfast).
- 5 minute walk from Stapleton road station.
- 8/10 minute walk from Stapleton road itself.
- 50 metres away from a bus stop.
- 10 minute walk to church road (Tesco /Aldi) and St George's park (Pond, Swans etc...).
I am a 28yr old musician, producer and music technology teacher at a college in a Bath. I love music and I generally have music playing most of the time. I have a home studio so I do make a fair amount of noise (Within reason). I am a smoker and probably will smoke around the house. I have a beautiful cat who is very important to me so cat friendly peeps only!
I'm looking for a super mellow housemate who is up for hanging out, making regular meals and generally being clean and tidy.
The rent will is £500 a month all in. This includes 150mbps wifi, water, gas & electricity and council tax. I manage all the bills so your name will never be on them.
I think this is a pretty good deal considering you would only be sharing with one person and these kinds of house generally go for £1000pcm.
