I'm letting a very spacious and sunny double room in a four bed flat. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, a sofa, desk and an office chair. It also has a massive wardrobe for all your clothes and shoes, a sink that I find very convenient, an antique chest of drawers.
The flat is located on first floor in a quiet neighborhood, near local amenities and the meadows, perfect for students and professionals. 15 mins walk to George square and prince street. The flat has one bathroom, a kitchen/lounge and storage space. It has been recently repainted. You will be sharing the flat with two researchers in the University and a manager in a bakery. They are very friendly and sociable people.
The rent is £411 per month including council tax. Internet and electricity bills are £17 per month, gas bill depends on the usage of heating.
