Great location beside Canny Mans bar (a famous old posh bar since 1879 in Morningside). It's a posh and quite area with nice gardens,villas and parks around hidden inside the lane yet fast access towards morningside main road. 2 mins to all bus routes, along the main road you will find loads of local cafes, shops and restaurants, bars, banks,post office,public library, church etc. Walking a few mins you can also find Waitrose, cafe nero, costa, starbucks,marks and spencer, sainsbury etc if you are not familiar with local shops or cafes. But most of the independent ones are even more interesting and niche! Bus to centre like princes street or royal mile is 15 minutes, walk to the meadows is 15-20 mins, royal mile is 25-30 minutes (alternatively there's bus as well).
