Hey! We are looking for a new female house mate to join our sociable and homely flat.
The flat is split level, on the top two floors of a house. There are three bedrooms, a large living room, large kitchen, dining room, bathroom and separate shower room so two toilets and two showers. The house is really spacious, has been beautifully refurbished and we've made it our home!
The flat is ideally located between Brixton and Clapham, so both the Victoria Line and Northern Line are nearby. Less than 5 minutes to Brixton station and there's lots of shops, restaurants and cocktail bars nearby.
Kate is a Buying Manager and Karen works in PR and we both work Monday-Friday. We're looking for someone to be a friend and part of our home and not just a stranger.
Bills come to £70 a month for gas, electric, broadband and council tax so £807 in total and we pay around £40 each every six months for water.
You'd need to be able to sign on the 4th August. Sorry guys, we'd prefer a female house! If you're interested please get in touch with a bit about yourself :)
