Double room available for a couple

We are three girls between 21 and 26, and two friendly cats, and we have a double bedroom available for a couple. We are looking for a professional couple to rent long term, at least 6 months, to move in at the end of August. We have this flat through an agency so we need one of the couple to sign a contract with us.
The room is spacious and bright. The location is just off Leith Walk at the New Town end. 15 mins walk to Princes St, near a Tesco. We have a large kitchen and a dining room. Must be cat friendly. We are in a family building so this is not a party flat.
Rent is not including bills and Council Tax. Deposit is £375. References required, preferably from previously living in the UK.
We will be setting up viewings this week for between 14th-31st July, and we must find new tenants by the end of July.
