Hi, my name is Mark I'm 37 and I am looking for a neat and tidy professional to share my refurbished 2 bed house. A recent arrival to Bristol, I have moved here from London to study photography at UWE.
The house has a brand new kitchen, shower and has been fully redecorated throughout, including all the flooring.
Situated at the back of the house, this newly redecorated and carpeted room is a good size and comes with a double bed and bedside table. It also benefits from receiving the evening sunshine which floods the room.
I'm in a excellent spot on the Bishopsworth Road, just off the A38, and on the 75 bus route which goes directly to the city centre.
There is a pleasant garden, which gets the afternoon sun, plus there is an off-street parking space out the back, if you have a car.
Having lived in share houses for many years, I'm well versed in the etiquette of being a good housemate. I'll be there for a beer and a chat watching some telly when you fancy it, but also able to give you plenty of space when you need it as well.
