Laurencekirk is a growing town with several pubs, shops, takeaways and train station, ideal for commuting easily to and from Aberdeen.
I'm looking to share with a professional person that works regular hours or perhaps someone that works in the area during the week and returns home at weekends. Minimum 6 months tenancy preferred and a deposit of one months rent.
The price is £395 per month and includes all bills (council tax, electricity, broadband, sky etc.)
