Wanted one bed flat in November or December in Edinburgh

Hello!
I am an international postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh and looking for a one bed apartment / flat in Edinburgh from December 1 or in November. It could also be a studio or an annex with private entrance.
The date is slightly flexible. Most of what is advertised at the moment is either available now or from September. Therefore, I am posting an add.
I will share the place with my wife who will join me from abroad by the end of November. Ideally the place would be near the center, however, I am flexible. My budget is max 600 pcm (slightly flexible).
I am keen on signing the contract now for December move-in.
