Sharing with 2 easy-going young professional guys 25 and 20 years old.
The rent is £425 a month including bills which is great particularly over winter and the landlord is easy going and helpful. He is hoping for someone to take the flat on a 6-month lease.
I'm only moving out as my job has permanently relocated to the west coast and I've loved living here and exploring Edinburgh over the last year and a half! The flat is in a great location close to lots of bus stops and within walking distance of Waverley Station. There is plenty of free parking around it and it backs on to Hollyrood Park and Arthurs seat too!
