German Customer Service Adviser

Do you speak fluent German? Are you looking for something a little different to a regular 9-5? Or maybe you are a student looking for hours that may suit your study time? Join our small, friendly team of specialists who answer inbound calls to assist customers with the placement of orders and various customer service requests. Hours needed include mostly mornings beginning at 7:00 am, for a total of 30 hours per week. Some flexibility may be available on these hours.
Peruvian Connection creates artisan-made, luxury fibre collections. In addition to the label’s signature knitwear, it offers a range of romantic dresses, superbly tailored outerwear and unique handcrafted accessories. Our service facility is located in the Goring and Streatley area.
Job duties include all aspects of customer service work, from receiving customer orders from our catalog or website to enquiries on product or delivery. Our advisers pride themselves on a thorough knowledge of each product’s inspiration, fibre, colour, style and fit particulars. Administrative duties include customer correspondence via email, mail and fax.
Requirements: Fluent in German language, excellent telephone manner, keyboarding skills, conscientious approach, numeracy and a positive demeanour.
