An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Maintenance/Handyman to join our team at Airhouses.
We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook and can pay close attention to detail. Ability to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team. Clean driving licence essential
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning and maintaining hot tubs
Cleaning windows of all accommodation inside and out
Grass Cutting
Weekly checks on boilers, electricity meters etc
Managing Waste
Work with the housekeeping team to ensure everything is kept to the 5 star standard
Cleaning BBQs
Power Washing vehicles and tractors
Carry out any minor remedial work for general plumbing, electricity or carpentry defects
Hours of work from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Mondays to Fridays with occasional weekend work.
Position is Permanent and salaried. From £16,000 to £20,000 per annum depending on experience. Full Training will be given.
