I have a double bedroom, separate bathroom and possible use of own separate private rooms on negotiation. The house is large and has a large garden both requires a lot of up keep, so if you're a clean freak with green fingers and come across like Mary Poppins (I have two young girls who stay with me sometimes) who wants to be a domestic goddess you'll just be paying £250 per month..... everyone else £150 per week.
