Hello! Apologies for the lack of photographs of the room in question. We are currently giving it a fresh lick of paint for your impending arrival.
The Flat: Victorian tenement flat on a quiet street a few minutes walk (dependent on gait) from Kelvinbridge Underground (25 minute walk into the City Centre, 10 minutes to Byres Rd.). Large living room, bay windows, TV with Virgin Media TiVo. Bath, shower and a toilet. Kitchen with gas cooker and all the usual kitchen-y things (no dishwasher). All windows are double-glazed.
The Room: Good size room looking out on lovely communal garden. Double bed along with various other furniture (chest of drawers, bedside table, canvas wardrobe, shelving). Non-functioning fireplace that will require some imagination to make use of but looks quite cool.
The People: You'd be living with two actors in their early 30s (1 male, 1 female). We're very friendly and easy going!
We're not perfect however - we're both smokers. Because of this, we'd ideally like for a fellow smoker to move in. It feels very strange saying that but we'd be very self conscious if a non-smoker moved in and spent the evenings glaring at us like the disgusting people we are. (If you're a non smoker who doesn't mind then by all means don't count yourself out.)
Bills include gas & electric, council tax and internet/phone/TV (Virgin media). Usually comes to £115 a month.
