I'm looking for a 2 bed room flat/house in Hendon and around - within walking distance to Middlesex Uni (or good transport link to uni at least).
Clean & modern property would be ideal. Even better if it has a parking space & garden (either private or communal).
I am a mature student and have two children (both primary school age). I'll be a medical professional when graduate. Currently we live in our own house in other city, but due to study and future work we are moving to London.
I am respectful and reliable.
Non smoker.
No pet.
Can be flexible for the date to move in between now & August.
Looking for the rent around £1300/m + deposit, but may consider up to £1400/m depends on the condition of the property.
