My partner and I are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat located in Colchester, ideally in Wivenhoe.
Need a tenancy that STARTS in September and ENDS in June.
My partner works full time (self-employed) and I am a mature full time student at the University. We have a 7 month old, who will be in Nursery full time from September.
We are very tidy and organised.
Willing pay around £600 per month (can be flexible).
A garden would be nice.
Parking space essential.
Available to view throughout August.
Willing to accept agencies, if fees are low.
