Our flatmate recently moved out and we are looking for a new tenant to take his room. We are two male PhD students that enjoy having the flat as a relaxed, sociable space. Ideally, any potential tenant would enjoy this environment too and be a student to avoid paying any council tax.
The room is fully furnished and includes: A queen-size bed, desk, two drawers, shelf and wardrobe. It is spacious and light. The flat itself has everything you would expect: Shared living room, -kitchen and -bathroom, complete with extra storage and laundry rooms. We even have ground floor access to a beautifully maintained shared garden.
Rent is 380£ per month. Typically, our bills cost £60 per month and our landlord asks for one month’s rent for the deposit. The tenancy starts September 2016 and lasts for 12 months. Our landlord's registration number is 62538/230/?03380.
