Accommodation comprises double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe and own private lounge.

All rooms are furnished and centrally heated with shared use of a large kitchen and utility room including washing machine. Car parking in yard available.

Bedroom has a double bed, separate chest draws, separate electric heater, bedding and towels can be made available.

Bathroom has bath, toilet and wash basin.

Lounge has a sofa and easy chair, TV with freeview, independent gas fire. Roommate would be responsible for the gas.

Kitchenette facilities possible, patio doors to garden, electric central heating and rates included.

House in on the edge of the village, 3-5 minutes from the main road and buses.

There is a large garden with with off road parking in the yard.

We have two dogs, a collie and a greyhound, both very friendly.

Monthly rent includes all bills such as water, electricity, heating, council tax, broadband.(lounge gas fire the responsibility of the tenant.)

House is in a village location with good bus connection to Caernarfon and Pwllheli.

We work in Bangor during the week, so would prefer working tenants.

The house is quite large, with the annex at one end and our main living room at the other end. In between are the kitchen and dining room which could be shared space.

The rate per month is flexible for a suitable candidate, please discuss this if this is an issue for you.
