WE have clearing the house and bought a smaller table with adjustable feet as our floor in the kitchen is a bit drunk.
Has some light marks on two of the chairs where the kids sat, these can be touched up using a satin wood paint and can look like new, I would of done this before sale but no have no paint or time.
Hence price due to marks, otherwise a good quality, sturdy family dining table.

No offers on price cheap enough, will fit in reasonable sized car when seats are flat, the chairs stack on top of each other nicely.
