GCSE and A level (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics) Tutoring
Description
Hi!
I'm Alex, a recent graduate in MSci Chemistry at University of Bristol. I have extensive experience in tutoring while studying my A levels and during my years at Bristol. I am currently studying for a PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge, UK.
References are available upon request.
I have A levels in Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics (A*, A, A) and a masters degree in Chemistry with Industrial Experience (First with honours). I have a broad knowledge and understanding in all sciences, as well as knowing all the tips and tricks needed to achieve high marks and excellent performances in examinations. In just a couple of sessions I can teach you how to answer exam questions on a large amount of the syllabus, no matter how close to the exams you are!
I am available for as many sessions as required and for last minute revision sessions before the exams. I charge £20 per one hour session and the first session is always free! I usually spend the first session listening to my student and highlighting key areas that are major issues during exams. I find this helps make following sessions more focused and enjoyable, as the student is able to accomplish more in a small time period.
I also offer a discount for two hour sessions at £30*. I find, especially around exam season, that students gain deeper insight into topics during two hour sessions.
I am available at home in Wellington, Telford - near to Wrekin college (Address available upon request). I am also available to travel to tutor at your home, if travelling is a reasonable distance to cycle.
*During the summer holiday season (June-September) I offer a discounted £15 one hour session. Sessions will focus on preparation for starting or continuing study of GCSEs, A level, or University.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Alex.
