Gardener assistant, to work in one of Surrey's best kept Estate gardens RHS qualification or similar

As seen by the photos this garden is kept to the highest standard, and has had a reputation for being highly regarded, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person, you will need to be flexible hard working but also truly passionate, you will need to be open to hands on training by the Garden Manager, ideally you would live close to the garden which is located between the villages of Leigh & Charlwood, as there is a rota for weekend duty's which is one in three, and involves opening up glasshouses, watering plants & ventilating & closing down the glasshouses in the evening. if you have knowledge of the following subjects it would be very helpful - vegetable growing, fruit production,cut flower growing, bedding plant production, the care of glasshouses including hot house plants, flowering house plants, indoor fruit production, and a general knowledge of Estate gardening. You would need to be a very neat and tidy person be of good character and be prepared to work to high standards, be extremely mindful that the owner appreciates cleanliness of the garden. RHS qualified or similar will help you in your application.
