Award winning independent bar and pub operator Barworks is currently seeking a General Manager to join our busy East London flagship, the Well & Bucket.
The Well & Bucket is a much loved, and popular East London pub. A multi-faceted business, focusing on craft beer and spirits, alongside a sea food menu of oysters and lobsters on the main bar, with a cocktail bar housed in the basement offering a fine array of drinks in a warm environment.
We are looking for employees with good working knowledge or interest in craft beers, ales, wines, spirits, and experience with food service and working with a kitchen team. Full training on our product range is offered, but a passion and keen interest in craft beers and spirits is necessary.
We offer excellent training and development opportunities, on top of a structured pay scheme dependent on passing relevant training levels. Basic starting rates are National Living Wage for all employees, with the potential to rise after completing probationary training to £8.20 an hour. Further benefits also include group discount on food and drink.
