Estate Gardener/Maintenance person
Ringwood 20k to 25k DOE live out
An experienced estate gardener is required to manage a beautiful New Forest estate consisting of informal lawns, mixed borders, a spring flowering woodland garden, kitchen garden, orchard and paddocks.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to demonstrate a good depth of plant knowledge. They must evidence their ability to manage a productive kitchen garden.
They will need to be a proficient machinery operator and able to work on their own. A horticultural qualification, along with PA1/PA6 spray certificate, chainsaw qualification would be beneficial.
In addition they will be required to undertake some general estate duties to include some maintenance of fencing, indoor pool, tennis court, cars, general property maintenance and some help with animals. There will also be some driving requirements.
The positon will also require you to provide cover on the estate when the owners are away.
