It has been recently refurbished and it is situated in a shared house just behind the old college and close to the beach in a nice and quiet area. Just 5 min walking from the bus stop and all the amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy). The room has plenty of storage space, including bed with storage space underneath.
The house is shared with two more people. The room is a perfect fit for a professional of postgraduate student.
The rent includes all the bills.
Shared areas of the house include kitchen, external patio with hot hub and large living room.
