Hello, we are a couple with two spare bedrooms in our flat. We are currently renting both rooms but one will become available at the beginning of September.
We both work during the day and tend to have quiet evenings at home. We are friendly and fairly easy going.
The room would be ideal for a student as it is located within reasonable walking distance of Glasgow Uni and is near good transport links for other universities/colleges. There are also several supermarkets, bars, cafes, etc. nearby.
We are looking for someone who would like to take the room for the coming academic year but shorter periods will be considered. We'd like to meet anyone interested in taking the room before making an offer so please only message if you're able to come view the flat.
70Mb wifi internet connection. Rent inclusive of all bills. Deposit required.
