We have a small double room available in our house in Totterdown by the community orchard.
We are live in landlords, two brothers, we bought the house just over couple of years ago, since then we have had a new bathroom fitted, we've given the place a lick of paint, furnished the property & made some head way in the jungle of a garden which now has at least has some direction (with the help of our amateur efforts).
We are having a new kitchen and hallway carpets being fitted in November, this should take no longer than a week (as the builder has promised) & we will be the proud new owners of a wine rack as well as a dishwasher.
We have a cat (Brian) he's a really lovely dude.
We have a good size garden which we are trying/failing to grow veg in so if you fancy some gardening get stuck in!
We’re friendly, like cooking, watching rugby, gardening & a beer.
We are looking for someone who is clean, sociable, likes a laugh & a beer. No DSS, pref professionals, post grad students .
