The house is on a quiet residential street, around here it's easy to forget that it's still London! There is parking on street, which is permit controlled. There is a massive shared kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room (mainly used for storage), and a large back garden.
The house is about a 5 minute walk from Willesden Green tube stop and has a night bus service, so there are excellent transport links.
Deposit is £596, the rent is £518.60 pcm which gets paid into a joint account by the first of each month. This covers all bills and the cleaner that comes bi weekly. There are also some agency fees which cost £45.
Bedroom comes with double bed, two sets of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk and bedside table. I currently have my own bed and bookshelf also in the room that I am willing to possibly sell.
