I¹m selling a beautiful gas fireplace and mantelpiece that we've
removed because of substantial changes to our property. The fireplace is cast iron with beautiful Art Nouveau decorations; the mantelpiece is solid wood.
After removing it from the wall there¹s been a superficial scratch, just through the varnish on top of the sill (see photo), hence the price.
