We have two rooms available in our shared house on the Springfield Road – Both available immediately 6 MONTH MINIMUM CONTRACT - NO SHORT TERM LETS CONSIDERED.

Current tenants are 1 male and 2 females, working office hours. Fairly quiet house, all out at work all day, quiet evenings. Would welcome others with similar 9 to 5 style working hours.

Location - Close to Royal Victoria Hospital and Springvale Business Park. On main bus route to city centre but easily walkable (20-25 mins). There's plenty of car parking spaces on the main road, at the front.

Room 1 - Medium sized - £200 pcm

- On the ground floor with window to the front of the house
- Double bed
- Double wardrobe
- Bed side table
- Drawers (4)

Room 2 - Medium to Small Room - £180 pcm

- On the first floor with window to the back of the house
- Queen sized bed (4 foot wide)
- Double wardrobe
- Bed side table

The House - Fully furnished.
-Shared kitchen with pretty much all the plates, pots, pans etc. you will need. Kitchen has a breakfast bar, sofa and TV for eating / socialising.

-Two bathrooms – These rooms have access to a full bathroom on the first floor with Bath, Shower, toilet etc along with the tenant on the ground floor. There is a separate shower room/toilet for those living on the second floor.

Bills / other costs - 1 month refundable deposit (First payment will be one month's rent plus the same amount as deposit - refundable when you are leaving the house share) Bills are shared by rota system (Top up cards for Gas and Electric) works out about £20-30 per person per month (Often reducing in the summer months).
