Beautiful holiday home. 2 bedrooms, walk in wardrobe, en suite. I have relocated further south with my work and it isn't feasible to keep our lovely caravan.

Has a free standing table and chairs and ample kitchen surface space.

The park itself is a private, owners only holiday park. Very clean, friendly people, a stones throw from Amble beach and only 5 minutes walk from the centre of the town.

There are so many facilities, so if you want a bit of life you can go to the bar, restaurant or owners lounge. There is also a swimming pool and a gym.

The pitch itself is peaceful and every now and again you can even hear the sea!

We have asked Linzi, who works on the park, to look after the sale on our behalf.

The price is subject to an fees and a 15% commission.
